Coronavirus COVID-19

If you have a cough, or fever, or shortness of breath and have been to China, Thailand, Japan, Public of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau in the last 14 days, Do not go to a GP surgery or hospital. Call 111, stay indoors and avoid close contact with others.

If you have been to Wuhan, or Hubei Province, China in the last 14 days Stay indoors and contact NHS 111, even if you do not have any symptoms.

Home Visits

Doctor's bagIf possible please try to telephone reception as early as possible if you require a home visit.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
